A bit about me

I'm a Senior BI and Data Officer at North Lincolnshire Council, with over five years of experience delivering analytics solutions across public sector, financial services, and commercial consultancy. I work across the full analytics stack — raw SQL, semantic models, embedded Power BI with Row-Level Security, and Microsoft Fabric pipelines.

I care about making data genuinely useful. That means clean models, clear visuals, and dashboards that non-technical stakeholders can actually act on. My work has driven a 30% increase in facility sign-ups and a 5% reduction in expenditure through outcome-based budgeting analytics.

I hold an MSc in Data Analytics with Distinction from the University of Huddersfield, and three Microsoft certifications: PL-300 (Power BI), DP-900 (Azure Data Fundamentals) and DP-600 (Fabric).
